This cafe does justice to it's name, you get freedom from stress, tiredness and fatigue. The food is treat to your taste buds, the view is to be cherished and the vibe is cozy nomadic. You will be treated with great hospitality. Most recommended place whenever you are visiting Vashisht.

It’s great. The food was really good with big portions. The staff friendly and a nice safe bet for dinner. I’m very full and very happy.

Delicious food, excellent service, huge portions. They hear your wishes here, it's important for us, we don't eat spicy, they cooked very tasty here. And even agreed to make us the delivery of the next order to the hotel. Thank you guys, you are the best!

Omg one of the top places to eat in Vashisht.
Love the personal: attentive, quick, with light attitude.
Looove the food: after many visits I got myself a cream of mushroom soup and wow, I thought I can’t withhold info about how tasty this place is.
And they make food fast! Never got to wait long time during my 3 months stay here.
Portions are very generous. Momos are huge and tasty, for example.
Together with the prices this is just top place.

There are plastic tables and chairs, although with pillows and very comfortable (my husband can’t seat uncomfortably and he approves these chairs) — I would love to see this place flourish so they can renovate the atmosphere.
The view is on the mountains and the river. Soon (in terms of years) a new building will block some of it. But view you can get here anywhere, from the street and parking lots too. But such a good food and treatment — this is in Freedom cafe.

Perfect place to chill after a long trek or walk. The has amazing views looking over the beas river and snow clad peaks. Food is undoubtedly good!

We tried the freedom Cafe and the food was great, freshly cooked very tasty and well presented. The waiters were attentive and service overall was good. The restaurant is having a wonderfull view. Overall a good meal and of great value we will certainly be going back whenever we will be back to Manali.Its better to to be here rather than on mall road.
