I addressed Mr.Prafulla Bani sir for my 2nd stage ligament tear. During my first visit I was not confident about physiotherapy because I don't know about it. I cried a lot during treatment, because I joined very late after my fall.From the 3rd day onwards I started feeling better with the treatment. All my swelling & pain got reduced much better. Then I started to walk slowly with supporting band on my injured leg. Now after 4 weeks of treatment there is no swelling and pain in my leg.
