Excellent gym, I truly enjoyed my time here. The positive atmosphere, dedicated coaching, and varied workouts made it a standout fitness experience. Grateful for the memories created and the gains achieved.

With the dedication of the owner and head trainer Romy sir along with hardcore loyal VRV members, this is one gym that changed the fitness industry of Jalandhar to what it is today. As far as I know, this is the first gym in Doaba region to actually practice CrossFit style fitness regime.

Hands down, best choice I’ve made is to be training at VRV. I have been going to this gym for over 2 years now and it has been a rewarding experience. The coaches are extremely qualified and push you beyond limits through intense workouts. Everyday in this gym is a new workout and is as exciting as the previous day. Highly recommend it to all!!

My journey with VRV fitness has amazing before coming to VRV I had tried many gyms but didn’t get any satisfactory results. Diagnosed With some sort of infection which may lead to disruption in the arteries! Well , joining VRV was the best decision & going there became my habit. In other gyms you need to motivate yourself to go there & work out but at VRV you automatically be self motivated by the aura it carry. Being a student have lot of work, will be joining again soon, Proud VRV'ian !!!!
