No parking facility

I've never seen a private bank go rude on the customers but this branch (Victoria st, Tuticorin) the branch head proved it wrong. Also he would just provide false information to make his work easy.

Mr. Anish Deputy Branch Manager - i went for preclosing my personal loan i didnt taken check book he is telling without check book we wont take payment like he is telling . Customer care and home branch person telling you can pay anywhere in india by cash if total amount is less than 50000 without any document. He is creating his own rules not axis bank rules , worst experience for me . They wantedly doing i dont no why they are doing things.

worst of worst i asked foreclosure statement for loan on 14-06-2021 there is no response from their end they told we may call/mail. i had given request letter for loan foreclosure statement, signed xerox copies of PAN card and aadhar card. in this pandemic situation i went to bank from my working place 12 km. waste of time, bank services are very bad till now there is no response. how people can believe / trust & safety of bank small things also more neglisable attitude
