Newly opened hospital,,

I was admitted to this hospital after tested positive for dengue.
Here the story beginned, before joining the hospital, we called to hospital and asked whether the doctor is available or not, they said doctor doctor is available
After joining , we got to know that doctor won't be available for 3 to 4 days , because he was also infected with viral fever.
This was the first mistake, they have done.
The information to patients is not transparent.

Compounders are worst part of this hospital. Except 3 , remaining all are not eligible. Most of them don't have any medical experience and they wasn't in the past. They aren't listening to patients
They even feeling like they are the doctors. I don't even know ..why people are tolerating this kind of behaviour from these guys. They should listen to patients first and respond accordingly.
Shouldn't behave like superior.
I wish the management must teach them ( staff ) how to behave with patients mainly 2 to 3 compounders are worst .
I know their names but I don't mention here.
