Dont go here. No refund policy. When you will go they talk like a gentle men but if you face any prblem like no confirmation of ticket or train cancellation they will act as they dont care and they dont want to refund. I am a victim of this.worst agent in kota.After this review he threaten me for police complain.So by this act you all can judge them.
