This Hotel has been a wonderful experience. Arriving by night you are welcomed by the polite and friendly personnel, the bonfires, and a music playing the sithar. The grandiosity of the building, actual family palace since 1920, with original furniture, rich with pictures and trinkets, takes your mind to old and better times.
The few rooms, each one different with its own personality, makes the place cozy and familiar at the same time as luxurious.
Can't stress enough the beauty of the pool and the gardens.
Breakfast is a buffet with offering different food every morning.
Highly recommended.

It was a wonderful stay at this gorgeous property. I was in for a pleasant surprise. The staff are polite, extremely courteous and always available, no matter the time. I also had the chance to interact with Namrata, who along with her family, runs the place. She's warm and wonderful and this shows through the work that she's put in making this place what it is.... warm and welcoming. Definitely planning to come back when time permits.

Simply Amazing. It felt like luxury the moment we arrived and the staff were absolutely fantastic and professional. Delicious meals and beautifully landscaped gardens. A gorgeous pool as well.

The heritage building is well kept and at a great location. Right in the hub of activities but at the same time quiet and peaceful
We had dinner in the outdoors and all dishes tasted excellent. All in all an absolute value for money and highly recommended Ratan Vilas.

We stayed in this beautiful boutique resort recently and had a great experience. The rooms were beautiful and spacious with nice decor and had everything that we needed. The breakfast buffet at the restaurant was very nice. The staff at the hotel was very courteous and helpful. I would love to go back there again if I visit Jodhpur and would encourage my friends to visit too.

The best hotel I've ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous vila and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms, and high quality service. Also, the staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They also were able to recommend places to get any type of meal that we needed as well. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Jodhpur, Rajasthan.

Exceptional service, Stayed in this beautiful grand heritage hotel.The lush green campus, historic collections and nature makes it very special. It's a very unique experience of staying in a heritage property.
It is a huge villas (Mahal) and the bedrooms are such big that you will never ever see such big bedrooms these days.
Also the original character of the building has been retained which can be experienced to the fullest. The service provided by the staff was awesome especially Mr. Balveer Manager of this property. I really recommend this place if someone is looking for royal stay in jaiselmer.

Rooms are big & comfortable and very thoughtfully and tastefully furnished. Bathrooms are truly very spacious. Everything looked just perfect.

Food was superb and customised to our tastes. And what a pleasure it was to sit in the open, enjoy the sunshine and relish our meals. Above all, the hospitality was outstanding and every staff member was courteous, helpful and prompt.

This is an absolutely fabulous place. The ultimate of courtesy and service. A true depiction of Rajasthani culture. Food is always freshly made and is of highest quality. The owners have taken care of every minor detail whether it is the décor or the linen. The place of also very conveniently located. Fully recommended.

Really great hotel in the hectic city of Jodhpur. An oasis of tranquility with the est pool in town, big rooms and an excellent restaurant. When possible, eat outside, very romantic. Staff is very friendly and we were lucky to meet the very nice owners of this beautiful historic hotel.

Such a beautiful place. A wonderful oasis of calm. Balveer and his team were impeccable. Rooms were spacious and clean. Food menu extensive and delicious. Pool refreshing and peaceful. Excellent haven. Wish we could stay longer.

Un excellent location in the center of Jodhpur, not far from the market and the main places of interest. A wonderful historical buliding, with very spaceous and clean rooms with all facilities and the most important in India, windows which open to small, quite courtyards. The building is surrounded by a beautiful garden with beautiful floweres and frangipani trees.
The family lives in the same building and this gave another dimension to our stay, we felt like guests and not like customers. The welcome from the Manager wasexcellent, he is very attentive to all our requests and facilitate everyhing, he took care and sent by the post a forgotten object without any delay...
The service is excellent at all levels (luggage, front-office, restaurant...)
The swimming pool (very clean as everywhere at the hotel) is a considerable asset but also the restaurant with quality dishes and attentive service. Traditionan Rajastan musique accompanies the diner.
A slight regret of not staying longer to still enjoy the tranquility and beauty of the place.

I surprised my wife with this hotel for our honeymoon. Upon arrival we were were heartly welcomed by Balveer and his team, who specially decorated our room and had prepared a special attention for us.
Besides from this, the venue is just amazingly beautiful and peaceful!

The place is absolutely stunning, the rooms are well maintained, the service is impeccable, the food at their restaurant is mouth watering, the pool is cool and inviting - an absolutely wonderful place to stay, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Ratan Vilas.

This is a gorgeous oasis in Jodhpur. Staff is bend over backwards helpful. Our room and bathroom were big, super clean and comfortable. Food and table service excellent. Pool is delightful and long enough for some decent laps. A short tuk tuk ride to the old city market. If it’s at your price point, look no further.

They can arrange all the tours and guides for the attractions in Jodhpur. They are reliable and trustworthy.
The pool in the property is a relaxing spot for most occupants and a socialising center in the hotel.
