Sagar Ratna

Had a idli chat , garlic noodles & filter coffee. All this stuff was A1 & also service was exceptional. Place is good for children too as they can enjoy fish tank & swing outside the restaurant.parking space is good too.

We had Mysore masala dosa and Rava onion masala dosa. I really liked the dosa as it was super delicious but I didn't like their Sambhar much. Needless to say that their service is very promt.
In addition to this we had aplam (south indian papad) and Rava Kesari (sooji halwa). The papad was normal one nothing special but the halwa was different as it contained dry fruits, flavour of elaichi and many more things which I wasn't able to recognise 😝

Try IDLI CHAAT here. A must. Loved it. The Lil crispy idlis dipped in chilled hung curd with Anardana & other chaat ingredients.

You will want more of it. A must try when in Sagar Ratna.

Despite the large number of guests here from morning to night, the service quality and food quality is consistently great! Right from ushering us to a table (or requesting us to wait) the staff made us feel welcome on every visit.

The menu is typical Sagar Ratna and the food expectedly good. My personal favourites are the Idli Vada combo, and the Paper Plain Dosa (which is huge in size, please see accompanying photo!)

They serve a generous quantity of sambar, and chutneys, sometimes too generous, which leads to wastage. My recommendation is for them to check with the guests before plonking ample bowls of chutneys, and to take back what the guest says they don't want, before they start eating/dipping into them.

Important For travellers: The place has large and usable toilets. Hygiene could be better, but then we always reached there at night when it is closing time, so perhaps they're better during the day.

We always prefer south indian snacks masala dosa etc . It's midway point 2 hours from Delhi. Was too crowded somehow managed to get table . Ordered masala dosa for kids . Onion maslaa dosa for mom and rawa mysore masala dosa for myself. Also ordered dahi vada . It was quick service qnd food came in just 10 mins . Taste was fine chutneys were good . See you again . If you are traveling from NCR to nanital/bhimtal/Corbet and wish to stop by for a good breakfast lunch or dinner..... Sagar ratna at amroha is a great option..... it is Clean, hygiene and a vast menu is offered including tea and coffee options.... Washrooms are also clean and one can take a pitstop here before heading ahead... We trave from Greater Noida and this place comes exactly 3 hours post starting from here.....

A great place for good indian, veg food, especially South Indian food. Good ambience, good and courteous staff and clean surroundings. Doing a great job upholding the standards of Sagar Ratna.

We had lunch. Good quality food was served. The curd was not good, for which they accepted their mistake and deleted from bill. Overall, a yummy food station.

All north indian and south indian food are tasty and services also Excellent

Ordered filter coffee & plain rava dosa. Both were excellent.

Loved the Idli Chaat! It was refreshing and rejuvenating, especially when you're driving downhill from Uttarakhand after a 3 day long road trip and find this place en-route!
The filter coffee was also decent. Ordered it twice!
Apart from this, we tried the mini idlis and vada. All good!

Good food. Excellent sambhar, idlis and rawa dosa. Very good service. Clean and spacious restaurant and very clean, hygienic washrooms. Good job. Management has installed very visible directional signages on the highway.

Nice vegetarian restaurant on the highway between Moradabad and Hapur at Joya. Ideal location for breakfast/lunch/snacks/coffee/dinner on the way from Nainital/Moradabad/Corbett.

We had done away with SagarRatna, but didn't have a choice due to closure of rest of the eateries due to Kawar Yatra.
It was a plasent surprise to relish the authentic South indian taste at this outlet.
Both their Owner & Manager were of great help, the eats and beverages were super 👌.
I called up to just ask to kep up the good taste (naturally due to, not compromising on the quality & quantity of ingredients).
If you are on this road do not miss this Eatery.
