Non cooperative and lack of knowledge makes nightmare for customer. Wasting their as well as customer time. Secondly there is no photocopy machine is available in bank. Ordering customer to get the the same done from outside which is unfair. There is no assistance to old age customer for filling their forms. They run pillar to post for filling the forms. Very sorry state of affair at branch. This branch staff was non cooperative since long.

To avail the Worst services in banking business please come here. Most of the staff are arrogant and always say one line " twade sign nai milde" (your sign do not match with our records)
