Stayed at Oakwood Residence in Hyderabad for a week and had a fantastic experience. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, always greeting us with a smile and readily assisting with our needs. The location is convenient, close to shopping and dining options. Highly recommend for both short and long stays!

Stayed at Oakwood Residence in Hyderabad is a beautifulplace to stay. The rooms are spacious and clean. The entire place is well maintained, making it feel like a home. All the staffs ensured our stay was comfortable, always greeting us with a smile and always available to help us for anything we needed. The location is close to shopping and dining options. Highly recommend for both short and long stays.. u can enjoy with family and friends...highly recommend

It was a nice experience to be there. Rooms are well ventilated, beautifully done. Cleaning and concierge services are okay. Food is good though not enough variety

BAD - Only 1 - Too far from the centre of the city.

GOOD - Great service. Very professional and helpful staffs. Excellent options for the complimentary breakfast. Very clean and spacious rooms including bathrooms. Family friendly. Very close to the airport - Can reach there without getting stuck in any traffic as it's away from the busy city area. Since it's located in the IT area, it's an excellent option for the people who come there when compared to other much higher priced rooms available in the nearby hotels.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this exceptional hotel. The rooms were not only elegantly designed but also impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The service was truly top-notch; the staff went above and beyond to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience. The location, nestled in the heart of the city, was perfect – offering convenience without sacrificing tranquility. I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful and memorable stay.

Excellent room. Booked a larger room with living area and kitchen area. Sofa, chairs and bed are comfortable and sheets are all clean. Furniture in room was well maintained. Fridge is huge too. There is also a small table with chairs setup for dining. Good view from the higher floors towards the south of the city. Room sound isolation is good, the night time traffic (and endless car horns) were very faint from inside my room. Housekeeping did a good job tidying up each day and brought additional bottled water (although I had to be out early in the morning and did not have an opportunity to meet them).

All the staff I met at the front desk are professional and assisted me with what I needed throughout my stay, and friendly as well when they had some time to chat. Check in and check out was fast and without any hassle, and they were able to let me check in early as well as my flight landed in the morning. Restaurant staff were also proactive during dining times to clear tables and greet guests, even at the start of dining service. Overall excellent staff.

Location is good if your trip is to visit nearby business areas, and proximity to the ORR means travel to/from airport avoids most of the city traffic, even weekday evening trip to airport was quite fast. However, there is not too many restaurants or shops nearby. You will need to travel out a bit further if you want to buy stuff, or use delivery apps. Also it is far from the main tourist attractions and city centre.

Breakfast buffet is ok, some indian selections, some continental selections. For me it was fully sufficient.

Some small issues I had during my stay:
The corridors outside the rooms had a slightly unpleasant smell, probably the carpets there need some cleaning.
Some wall universal electric plugs are flush with their switch directly adjacent. Plugging in my phone charger was not possible for those since it would get blocked by the switch. This may just be due to Singapore/UK electrical plugs being wide though. Using an adapter I brought let me get around this issue.
For some odd reason my room's shower was not tilted correctly to the drain hole, so some water would get stuck inside the shower area (though housekeeping would dry it in the morning).

We are having a very nice stay at this property. The staff is very friendly and the food is super tasty.

Our housekeeping staff Ms Shreya is very sweet and make the room neatly. Chef Nitesh in the morning breakfast always meet us with a smile and help me sorting my son’s breakfast even during his school days. Best wishes to them and everyone who works here.

There is no doubt that the product experience is superlative. The rooms are tastefully done , large, spacious and with awesome amenities. The bar is well stocked and the variety at breakfast is too good

Very good experience. Great service. I can to Hyderabad from Pune 2 days back. I was looking at options to stay as I wanted a comfortable stay and complimentary breakfast. I looked at previous reviews given and went ahead and booked the hotel. To my surprise the Hotel was very very good. I liked the stay it was damn comfortable and convenient. The service was very nice. The rooms were very big, neat and bathrooms were big and hygienic. The place is in the center of the city nearby to IT Hub.

Very neat hotel and super polite staff in the dining area. But the cafe downstairs is such a pity. The dry and hard croissants definitely a big no!.

I stayed there for around two weeks and my stay was very pleasant. Employees were very friendly and well trained. Food was also very good. House keeping guy Nandan was very obedient and helpful. Kudos to the entire staff of oakwood. Keep up the good work.

The swimming pool was on the third floor and due to no direct sunlight on it the water was cold.... It is not a heated swimming pool.

our family is there for a 2 day stay,really a good experience with comfortable stay with all the amenities. Service of staff is a must say thing here as they are courteous and responsible.
overall my experience is very pleasant with smooth check-in and checkout. I highly recommend Oakwood Residence,as it is in the heart of the city and has easy access to wide range of restaurants,shops,street food,IT sector.

Great hospitality. Santosh did a great job serving us with a smile on face always. Had an amazing experience. Must visit🫰Saivar is the most sweetest person I came across on front desk, extremely empathetic and Nandan from housekeeping did a brilliant job keeping the room up to date at all times.

Mr. Karan manager is amazing guy. He helped us in many ways, at resturent Mr, shantosh he take care our food always.we stayed there one & half months. It was amazing experience we had. We will come back soon.

We stayed in Oakwood for a week and it’s been one of our best experiences so far. Not only are the rooms spacious, clean and kitchen well equipped - their staff and their hospitality is just top notch. We travelled with two kids and each and every staff member went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

Would like to make a special mention of Mr. Santosh, Mr. Rajesh and Mr. Sumit at the restaurant for taking care of our little one’s dietary needs every single day, every single meal! They greeted our family with the warmest of smiles and always made sure our family had a wholesome meal. Mr. Himanshu At the reception went out of his to help us out when our little one fell sick during the stay. Extremely thoughtful, friendly and accommodating staff!

Overall , Oakwood felt like truly a home away from home and we would highly recommend it.

This place is amazing to have private meetings and conferences all day long. Have a grand entrance and parking lots with amazing race cars!!! Also a great warm welcome and there amazing service to their customers. It's like a perfect management.

Great service and location. The staff were very cordial and very helpful. Really enjoyed my stay here.
