Holiday Inn Express Hyderabad Hitec City, an IHG Hotel

Unmatchable location if your workplace is in and around Phoenix SEZ. Room sizes are too small and not at all ideal for more than couple of night stays. Housekeeping and service is alright considering the price we paying. I am truly amazed they are able to keep up with these prices. So, Thank you to IHG!

Had a stay for 2 weeks but it was a wonderful stay. The staff including Mr. Naveen Kumar, Nidhi, Priyanka and Shobha were warm and welcoming. The house keeping team also did a timely and great job of ensuring the rooms are near and clean whenever we came back after work. Overall had a great first time experience.

I stayed in Holiday Inn for about 7 days and here's how I found it:
Pros -
- Very well maintained and friendly staff priyanka👍
- Complementary breakfast has a lot of variety. Other than normal meal they also have juices, fruits, toasts etc.
- Room cleaning and room service facilities are done regularly and properly.
- Laundry and dry cleaning services are amazing.
- Gym is small but having good enough equipments to work out if you're on a trip. However at a time may get too crowded for 3 or more people.
Cons -
Overall my experience was very good,

- I found some of the in-room dishes not very well cooked. (Also this is paid, so if you order anything you have to pay for these dishes, On an average the dishes cost go from 250-550 INR)

Overall my experience was pleasant, would have been better if in room dishes would have been well cooked, rest all was fine!

This is first review probably from a guest who booked and had to change plan and didn’t stayed here. Pranav is very prompt and have required compassion and humility to be a part of great hospitality team and my request was honored in time.

Excellent service provided by the entire team checkin was very smooth and following each and every protocol of the safety. Rooms were very clean neat and tidy main shot out to the housekeeping department (Ajay Rosh) helped me with every minute thing without any hesitation he is very humble and approachable the entire staff are one call away coming from providing the room amenities food and what not. Great stay!

It has been a very pleasant experience. Rooms were extremely clean.

The breakfast has a wide range of varieties and it was really tasty. Priyanka has given a good service at the breakfast counter.

The location of this hotel is 5 mins walking to hitech city which make this place demanding. Good range hotel for people who wanted to visit hi tech city. Food is good, rooms are comfortable for one person. I stayed on 2nd floor.

Had a lovely stay at hotel. Room was bit small but neat and clean. Good for solo trip👍.
The staffs were very humble and helpful. Mr. Pratik in housekeeping was very well behaved and did a good job of cleaning and maintaining the room.

Room was small but has all the facilities. Hotel was budget friendly especially food items.
Thanks to housekeeping staff Pratik who really helped me as there was some stuff missing in my room so he brought it.

The hotel is good business hotel. Rooms are small but if you are here just for business not bad as they are facilitating room with all required things. Rooms are clean and hygienic. Staff is amazing and supportive.

Good place amidst the hitec city region. Close to all business parks. Nice service staff and good food and especially service provided by ANIKET was too good. House keeping have been on their feet all the time and maintained good etiquette. I am impressed by an individual PANDU who provided cleaning service

Great service by the staff. The breakfast spread was awsome. Aniket even served the muffins when requested. Overall an amazing stay. Would definitely come back here!!!!
