ICICI Bank Anantapur-Branch & ATM

Very good experience with the staff.Went to update Aadhar Card updating with my Family and they really responded very well and also updated the details in just No time.So many ATM (4)at entrance,in matter of time we can either deposit or withdraw No question of wasting our time...
Planning to transfer my account from Hyderabad to ATP.
I Appreciate their Efforts🙏

Customer Service was good enough.

The working Bank employees are patient enough to clarify/do their service in a customer friendly way.

ATM has some glitches oftentimes but it is within the bank, so not a big problem here!

Very near/on the road between Sree Kantam circle and Old Town Anantapur (locally called as paatha ooru).

No support for Customers from ICICI Bank staff and
No proper response

Bank shifted to new premises in Ganeshan enclave still showing old location

Employee are very rash with customer, I visited to bank to solve my credit issue if problems didn’t solve in the bank definitely we get Frustrate but employees has to explain with polite so the costumer will understand the issue why I didn’t solve. Later I mate with bank manager he responded to me and we’ll and he didn’t take any action on employee how he behaved with me.

I won’t like to visit this bank again
