The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace

This is THE hotel where we have always and will always choose to stay in Hyderabad. The accommodations are fabulous, but it's the people who keep us coming back. We did not hear the word "no" even once during our stay. The team in the executive lounge do everything possible to ensure the food and service are perfect. No other hotel goes above and beyond like this one. We love to travel and frequent 5 star hotels and resorts. This one is at the very top of our list.

Overall it has been a great stay at the Westin. The service is by far the best I've seen anywhere. Especially when it comes to the breakfast service and staff there could not get any better. The waitresses and the chefs are so attending, checking in with all of your needs, preparing or delivering anything you'd request. And even providing us with a goodbye desert as a cherry on the top.

Just amazing!

It was my first trip to India and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff, in particular, were very polite and kind. Describing the amazing breakfasts I had over the course of four days is impossible. Everything was delicious and fresh. The flavors were so enticing that one couldn't resist trying everything. The biggest applause goes to Chef Altaf, of course. I will never forget the attention and courtesy he showed during my stay. While the hotel may not be very close to the main attractions in terms of location, it is undoubtedly a place I would stay again if I were to visit once more.

This is the hotel of choice if you are visiting Hyderabad. Great facilities and excellent service all the way from your arrival to your departure! Check-in and check-out are efficient and quick. I commend the staff especially from the lounge: Abhishek, Avidash, Julisha, Priyanka, Ajay and Aravind!

It's a wonderful place to visit. I had bern there to attend a full two day seminar and all facilities were okay. The banquet hall and lunch areas and food are all okay.

I am very happy with my stay so far. Service in general is very kind, and they take good care of their guests.
Food is excellent, I have never seen so many available options and care for people with food restrictions. Also, if you have a special need that is not being covered, one can always talk directly to Chef Altaf and he will take a good care of you.

This place is my go to place whether it’s any festival or family and friends party, we love dine-in here.
The hospitality and comfort and quality we receive is over every other place. The buffet spread is lovely and the head chef - Sanjay ji prepares special cuisines on request as well and its mouth watering and amazing. You name it and you will have it and best part no compromise with taste.

Fantastic experience staying at Westin Mindspace Hotel in Hyderabad. Excellent location, beautiful ambience, warm friendly and affectionate staff constantly taking care of your needs to the fullest! Very pleased and happy with the staff at seasonal tastes breakfast especially Chef Altaf and Angella. Looking forward to revisiting again !!! Feels like home!!

I have had a great time there at the Hotel. I liked it so so much. The ambience there is so luxurious and eye-pleasing. Rooms are comfortable and cosy. Food is just amazing and appetizing. You would love the food. Various types of services are available there for your comfort like manicure and pedicure and massagers who would relax your body.❤❤

Everything about the WESTIN Mindspace is exceptional. Room itself is well equipped and comfortable, clean, stylish. Gym is well equipped with all instruments. Swimming pools are awesome. Gym instructor Venkatesh Palare is a very good person and helps everyone with his pleasant behavior.

Very Nice Hotel. Right from entering the hotel to leaving it, everything went smoothly.
The breakfast buffet was awesome
The AC was not functional properly at the restaurant where the buffet was served on the ground floor...with around 50 of us were there and would have expected a good comfort experience considering the place

Altar’s service was really commendable. He made our day as we were looking for Sushi and he could arrange even though it was not available. Sushi with wasabi was very nice

What a luxurious place. As in Hyderabad I have never visited the Westin. But when I did I just fell in love with the place.
Great ambiance, courteous staff and most importantly clean and fresh washrooms.

A beautiful place and a must visit hotel for all who can afford .The location,the ambiance,the cleanliness and staff and restaurant are all too good.

On 21st I had dinner with four of my friends. It was an amazing experience and we really enjoyed the meals. Many thanks to Chef Sanjay who did a marvellous job in providing most delicious food. I personally go to this place seasons taste only for Sanjay. My friends were so happy with the food. Sanjay was ably supported by chef Altaf. We were very well taken care by Arjun and Amit. Arjun is a guy who is very flexible and helpful. Overall, it was an amazing experience.

Pretty clean sophisticated rooms . Breakfast buffet is really widespread with loads of options and taste wise no complaints....

Great experience staying at the Westin, Hyderabad. The hotel team made us feel absolutely welcomed and paid attention to minutest of details. In particular, I'd like to mention Pem, Harish, Chef Abhaya and Chef Altaf who catered to our many requests that made traveling with a 3-year-old a great experience. Chef Abhaya and Altaf from the 'Seasonal Tastes', further went on to make many cartoon themed pancakes or special items that were not on the menu that my son really loved. Thank you again for all the effort. Highly recommend staying here.
