During the planning process, we were provided many options and recommendations to plan a trip best suited to our travel style. Our travel agent responded to all emails and phone calls quickly. He is a true pleasure to work with. We decided on a ten day trip in Kerala.

Upon our arrival in each location, we were greeted by travel company representatives. We never had to stress out about transportation or late arrivals. Everyone was on time (and early in most cases). We felt so welcomed and taken care of. The vehicles were always clean and well stocked with water. All guides and drivers were courteous, knowledgeable and professional.

The day trips we had were the perfect combination of fun, educational, and relaxing. We felt we had the perfect amount of time in each place and did the right activities for our taste. Along the way, our travel agent was checking up with the guides to make sure everything was going well. We even met up with him towards the end of the trip so he could make sure everything went well.He really goes above and beyond in customer service. It was such a nice gesture and not something everyone would do.He really cares for his clients, and I hope we get to travel to again so we can use his services again.

Hmm, where do I start from? Our trip was FANTASTIC!!!
It all started when I asked my friend for a travel company for Himachal trip. He suggested me Orange Tree. Same day I contacted them and with in few hours they gave a nice itinerary for me that included the hotel stay, meals, car and lot of other things .
