Hyatt Hyderabad Gachibowli

I stayed here for a night and the hotel is exceptional and the rooms are very clean. There is a nice walking area/trail around the hotel and its in a really good location. The staff are very nice and friendly. When I told them I wasn't totally happy with my lunch, the chef came over; what blew me away was that not only they were curious to learn why I didn't like it, but also they went on to explain why they had to make it such a way to stay true to the recipe. The breakfast spread was great with several options. Hands down the best hotel I stayed in Hyderabad.

The hotel was great and the staff were wonderful. Very customer focused and excessively generous with their time and one on one attention for whatever inquiry you have. The walking path around the grounds is great for some casual outdoor exercise while the waterfall pool and gym/spa are well equipped experiences in their own right.

A charming place. It does not feel like a city hotel, rather a country club, peaceful and away from a big city. Interior and rooms pleasantly old-fashioned, with a touch of the 1980s. Good breakfast. A pleasant swimming pool, usually v. quiet but sometimes flooded by loud natives. While no lounge with free drinks for globalists, there is a bar that opens in the evening. Food superb. Hotel well run, clearly has a very capable general manager. Hotel staff very kind and welcoming, especially the young people at the front desk. Loved every minute there. And, on lucky days, it can be booked with 3.5K points. I look forward to coming back. Many thanks!

I would only suggest to have more vegan options. More soya based protein options, more salad and salad bowl options, and protein shakes (whey and plant based) in their menu!

More inclusive options for people with dietary restrictions can further enhance the customer experience!

So many great things about this hotel such as the pool, spa, gym but most of all the great restaurants. Chef Harsh catered to the fact that I can’t handle spicy food and made me a local dish every night of my stay. Absolutely delicious and not spicy. Highly recommend you ask for Chef Harsh when you visit.

Fantastic.The staff was very friendly and helpful and the food at the hotel was great. The ambience is amazing. The walk along the trail is planned very well. I would complement the management and the staff at all levels for making our visit memorable

Good hotel location and good food. Only issue is rooms are on the small side. However, you feel like home because staff is super friendly and good. You feel like family with them.

Excellent customer service in all areas. Special shout-out to the spa staff trainer Abishek, who was clearly a very skilled professional trainer and instantly knew how to tailor a workout based on my past sport experience and current fitness level. He even volunteered to coach me the next day, so we had multiple trainings. Also shout-out to Remki (spelling?) The masseuse who gave a world-class Swedish massage. You can tell extensive customer service training has occurred, so please share my thanks with all staff, including cleaners, workmen, and kitchen/dining.

I planned my visit to Hyatt Gachibowli with my son (3.5 years) mom (80 years) two dogs (a lab 20 years and a shihtzu 4 years from 15th March to 17th March 2024.

Even though the journey didn’t start at a good note (due to internal reservation issues between reservation office and Hyatt Gachibowli since I was getting 2 dogs in the hotel which I had informed well before during booking), the stay for two days at Hyatt was indeed a great experience..

As the old saying goes - ALLS WELL THAT ENDS WELL..

Travelling with my mom, son and 2 dogs, I was very anxious and apprehensive at the beginning with all that had unfurled.. but I was greeted with utmost warmth and gratitude.

The moment I entered my apprehensions of my stay at the hotel was completely nullified by Ms Megha at the reception and her friendly smile.. she accompanied us to our suite and made us comfortable from day one.. everyday with her presence around she made me and my family feel safe and comfortable throughout our stay ( my dogs loved her too).

Ms Anushree also really made me feel more than home and our small chit chats connected us back to memories in our own ways, made me feel even more close to home than never before. Very kind and vibrant personality.

Mr Vivek from house keeping was the most helpful and kind from day one.. took utmost care of our needs and ensured my stay was comfortable at every location of the hotel along with my family.. God bless..

Mr Sourabh is a kind man who ensured we had the best time dining in at the hotel’s restaurant and also in charge of in room dining. He took care of us really well. Even my dogs were well looked after.

Ms Himani was very warm, caring and kind to us the whole stay. She made my son so happy by bringing complimentary drawing books and colours that instantly lightened up his face. She constantly looked out for our comfort during our stay.

Mr Ajit, a stunning personality always happy to introduce new things during buffet breakfast, ensured my mom had the best picks and my son had the best pancakes ever.

Mr Suraj at the restaurant was very helpful always smiling and super friendly to my dogs as well..

The Chef at Mrs Mage, Ms Japo, Mr Ashish the life guard, Mr Souvik, Mr Tenzem and many more were more than instrumental in making us so comfortable akin to home.

The overall experience was incredibly delightful. After an exhilarating start to an anxious stopover staycation to creating beautiful memories for my family, I am over and above thankful and grateful to the entire team at Hyatt Gachibowli.. thank you for the wonderful cake to bid us adieu, indeed was unforgettable.

Our stay in Hyatt was for about 15 days. Everyone at the hotel is just so good and what I truly loved is the personalized experience they create for customers. To name a few amazing people I met, Himani who checked on my experience and I told her the support I need. She along with Parul suggested a solution which was very helpful so Himani just didn't ask about it for the heck of it. The food is good, the chefs are amazing, like Partha who personalized the experience for my son by making him a nice Mickey Mouse pancake and by checking on him almost every day. Chef Rajat was kind enough to make chole bhature for us as breakfast before check out and those were yummy. Himani got a drawing book & colors on one day, and chocolates before check out for my son. The room was clean and the room service staff was good like Ari. The service staff at the college restaurant is good like Suraj, Phool, etc. mrs. Mage has a beautiful view. Overall I loved it and will choose them again.

A great place to stay. So relaxing and comfy. The staffs are so nice and friendly specially Vivek from the housekeeping and Himani from the reception. Superb customer service experience 💖💖💖

Excellent food and service! Harsh Singh Sous Chef and his team with Suraj, Pompy and many others in Restaurant Collage - we had the most amazing buffet laid out ... from Korean rice to fish in black bean sauce to chicken in hot garlic sauce.... yummy butter garlic prawn to pan seared fish with caper butter sauce... list actually today is never ending...with panchmela Daal, jaipuri veg to a mouth watering Methi chicken... Oh and how can I forget sweet 😋... mouth watering Holi Special gujiya to balushahi to chocolate pudding and cakes... it was WOW!! Heart warming hospitality to us and our dog ..... Thank you Thank you! Wish you all a very Happy Holi!!

The overall experience was fabulous, the view of swimming pool was very attractive . The housekeeping team were very supportive and helpful specially appreciated to vivek who made my stay memorable .
