I have recently purchased 2 times over here.

Collections are easy to pick because they are limited. They have high-quality, well-designed clothing items that met my expectations in terms of style, durability, and comfort.

They are not too rigid with return or exchange of clothes. A flexible and customer-friendly return policy, making it easy to exchange. Because They offer any items to choose for return, not necessarily the same category which is helpful.

Of course pricing is high, but not abrupt. But we will still come for our next purchase. That's the Beauty.

I have been purchasing here for a very long time from their old store to the new store.

We can shop without much of the disturbance. It is never crowded which creates a comfortable atmosphere for shopping.

Clear and well-arranged displays make it easy for customers to find what they're looking for without frustration. Not dependent completely on salesman.

The store stays current with fashion trends, providing customers with up-to-date styles.

One thing to improve is on doing size alteration. Recently the alterations are taking time. Delivered only the next day. Try to give the dresses on the same day as before.

My parents bought dresses for me and now I'm doing for my kids in Lakshmi. This is only because of trust about quality, latest collection, satisfactory price. Because I know successfully running over 25+ years among big giants is not easy. I always most like owner's kind behaviour and talk. As discussed and many of us observed, please improve the soft skills of sales representatives to understand the customers and also try to focus on having economic range collection for a better coverage and reach. வாழ்க வளமுடன்..🪔

I have been purchasing readymade dresses for a long time here. I came to know that they have expanded one exclusive floor for sarees also one year back.

The quality of the sarees is exceptional, reflecting the commitment to providing premium products like how they do for readymade as well.

The convenient location and spacious layout make it easy for customers to explore the extensive saree collection comfortably.

However, I was not aware that they have saree shop for the past one year.

Hence, I suggest they need to come to online platform for marketing and do sales, with clear product descriptions, high-quality images.

Fashion comes first to Lakshmi dresses i think. Everytime I come for dress material, I find new collections over here. Rate is also reasonable.
Availability of XS & S size kurties are added advantage.

Only thing is, earlier stitching was there nearby in the same building. Now it is not avaible. Hence we need to go to separate place for stiching.

The quality of sarees are mind blowing and are a personal favourite of my wife and mother
But still lighter on my wallet 😊
So will always recommend to anyone I know
