JCR has provided the excellent service for our 9 days Rajasthan trip (Jaipur, Jaisalmer, Jodhpur and Udaipur). They guided us in our iternary and planned our trip very well. Arranged guides and did all the last minute booking service which we had asked. Totally we enjoyed our 9 days trip. We were looking for a tempo traveler to visit Jodhpur Jaisalmer with family. Visited JCR cabs website online read google and trip advisor feedback and talked to company manager Ram Choudhary then he assured us that we guarantee you 100% best service but our rates are always little higher than market still We decided to book JCR cabs and driver Raju Bhai was present pick us up at the airport Raju Bhai was a very nice and experienced driver. Take care of your family on the way and Ram ji has sent a tempo traveler for us. It was absolutely luxury new brand 2023. We got very good service from JCR company. My family was very happy with their service and it was the best experience. It was the first time that our family was welcomed at the airport with flower garlands and Jodhpur's famous Gulab Jamun. Still did not take ₹ 1 advance from us. Jaisalmer, they didn't take even ₹ 1 advance from us till the whole tour was over. We are so happy with the service of Jcr cabs that we got 100 times better service than what Ram ji had promised us. The less we praise Ram ji, the more it is equally important that in future whenever we come to Rajasthan, we will book with JCR cabs and we will recommend everyone to do Rajasthan tour with Jcr cabs. Specially JCR has a huge fleet of luxury tempo traveler and we visit their office they give us luxury tempo traveler toyota crysta Toyota Innova Toyata Glanza and Fortuner many vehicles are owned by this company and we get all the vehicles very neat and clean Seen we will book JCR cab whenever we visit Rajasthan future

My husband and I booked a car from them and it was excellent services. We had booked another rental however in the morning it fell through, and I found them. Upon calling they were ready with a car to rent within 5 minutes, and also available to pick us up from our location till the car rental. The prices are fair, the condition of car is great, also my husband is a foreigner and they accommodated his driving license and helped guide the path we needed to take for our journey.

Mahendra Rathord ji was great! He made our entire trips experience many times better. He took us to the best spots, best restaurants and safely. He was always on time as well and I loved the energy he had as he was very enthusiastic about showing us around the city.

I would recommend his as well as JCB Cab to all my friends.

Excellent experience with our Rajasthan trip 2024. The cars were clean, in good condition. We had a brand new car during our Jodhpur Jaisalmer leg. The drivers were very good, well behaved, respectful with good knowledge of the tourist places. The roads were good too!

Excellent Driving From Jodhpur to Jaisalwer and back. we have been hir8ng cabs all across India for various trips, but always had to face some kind of overspeeding or rash driving. if not thwt then behavior of the driver.
Not sure if its the people of Rajasthan or is it Mr Babu was assigned to us with an Innova. He made our journey trylu delightful. Very Humble person, and helped us all along. and thr driving, with a pregnant onboard, it was so smooth, we felt a train has more jerking than his driving style.

He used to be well in time to receive us at the hotel gate and took us to all the sites. We had a warm welcome with Jodhpur's famous gulab jamun and a garland.
Mr. Dilip, our driver for 9 days, maintained a consistently clean vehicle, although his meticulous cleanliness habits could be a tad uncomfortable. While the Jeep Safari in Jaisalmer seemed a bit pricey, especially compared to desert camps.

Despite our positive experience, the frequent visits to emporiums by the driver and guides, focusing on shopping, were not aligned with our interests. Overall, it was a great journey, and we would definitely recommend JCR to friends and family.

We had done our jodhpur jaipur trip, the cab services were wonderful our chauffer Mr Hemaram was really nice and friendly. We gave us best cab services and was not irritated once on any occasion.

We visited Jaisalmer for 4 dqys in Jan'24 and availed JCR Cab services. We had Dilip kumar ji driving us for all 4 days and he is an amazing human being. Dilop ji was very helpful and supportive all through. He made sure we vsited all the important places in Jaisalmer and planned our city tour very well. He was available on a call anytime and shared local informative stories about Jaisalmer. Dilip ji made sure that the car was very clean everyday and is a very safe driver. I was very confused while selecting the cab service for my recent vacation for Jaisalmer and Jodhpur. After having discussion with multiple service providers. I decided to go with JCR cab services.

The owner did not ask me pay any advance and took the entire payment at the end of the trip. I was given a Diesel Etios as my car and a pure gentleman man driver “Shaitan Singh”. He made my entire travel very comfortable and memorable. He is very knowledgeable and drives very smooth and safe car. I highly recommend if someone travel to Jodhpur or Jaisalmer please use his services.

We booked cab for jaisalmer from 16-20 jan'24. Rahul kumar was our cab driver and he drove the very nicely without any disturbance. He also helped us at few points.Also the car was very neat and clean maintained.

We just returned from a week long rajasthan trip covering jodhpur, ranakpur and udaipur. The tempo traveller with 1+1 seating from JCR cabs was extremely comfortable for our group of 8 and is now our vehicle of choice for future trips. The vehicle was well maintained. The drivers were very knowledgeable and suggested local things to try. My most unique experience with jcr was the fact that they did not take any advance for the booking. Also our driver in jodhpur was paying at the local eateries on our behalf. They have taken customer service to another level and I would highly recommend them 👌

When we decided to travel to Jodhpur and Jaisalmer. We did online search for car rentals and found out that JCR cab and car rental had best reviews. We were apprehensive before booking but we spoke with Mr. Ram Chowdhary over phone just a night before. He sent a detailed message with Car types, itinerary , a complete package. We booked as per our need and Mr. Ram confirmed in 2 mins alongwith a booking id number. We were impressed. He did all this without uttering a single word about advance payment !! He assured us that the driver and car will be at the airport before the flight lands .

And he stuck to his words. At the airport , Mr. Jaswant Singh , was ready with the car which was pretty new and in clean. Mr. Jaswant Singh who was with us for the entire journey was a very polite, disciplined and soft-spoken. He never sped the car or broke any driving rules. We felt safe with him throughout our journey. He suggested good places to eat, shop and gave us the idea of place we visited. He also kept on telling us about the places we crossed while travelling. Never did he lose his cool. We were very fortunate to have him as our driver on our trip.

We are thankful to Mr. Ram C for making this trip memorable. Very good service provided and truly genuine people. I will definitely suggest JCR cabs and rental to everyone.
