Dr. Varun from gastroenterologists is awesome doctor last year I was suffering from stomach pain in Canada but my condition was getting worst I went to India and go through multiple hospitals in Amritsar such as Parvati and harpreet gastroenterologist but my condition was not getting better. After 2 month I met with dr. Varun at Patel hospital he did all the tests and gave me medicine I recovered within two weeks and come back to Canada. I have never seen Such a intelligent gastroenterologist in my life.

This hospital was started in Jalandhar in the year 1976 by an experienced team of a physician and a surgeon, Dr. B.S. Chopra M.D. and Dr. S.K. Sharma M.S. as a 20-bedded hospital. With their dedication, the hospital has grown to induct a number of specialties, culminating in the first private cancer hospital to become fully functional in North-West India with all Facilities for oncology and cancer surgery. The total bed strength has reached 200 beds out of which 65 beds are only for cancer patients.

Staff is helpful. My mother was diagnosed with breast cancer, a lump was there as per initial tests. We were suggested the usual treatment at other hospitals, which included chemo and surgery. We visited the place and my mother's condition improved, given the fact she wasn't subjected to any of the Conventional cancer treatments. Satisfied with the treatment..

Great experience as a first timer. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staff and Dr. Swapan Sood were all very friendly and helpful.
