This gym has 6 day's in a week and maximum mechine for every excercise. I can say only this gym have machines like this in whole city. Gym fee 4000 for 3 month Weight training+ cardio, PT FEE 3500 FOR 3 MONTH ,

One of the best gym in bhopal. If u r in bhopal do visit first fitness. Amit bhaiya is like brother to me and a teacher as well. And the other staff members are also good and polite. The gym is well equipped.

The equipment are definitely well maintained, all they keep updating stuff....and the best part are the trainer's they do manage to suck the life out if you are willing to transform...🏋 Overall it's an awesome deal...
