Very good behaviour of the manager and the staffs.
Good food and good room service.
You can easily come and stay here with your friends and family because it's totally safe.
I had a really nice stay and it's in the main road itself.

I would like to say more and more about this Hotel, but I have to say in short, Hotel Ono is the best Hotel in Lunglei and their Hospitality and Food is really A+
Friendly Owner, Friend Hospitality and also the best part of all they have got parking for the vehicle

Most affordable hotel in town, premises is clean and tidy,staff are friendly and helpful. Can see Lunglei town very clearly. I wish that room should be cleaned once in a day from the next stay. I can't wait to stay again.

Best clean and tasty Zo Home Food In town in a hotel **** also zo food available for room service and they keep if later order in hot box - did not try any other food so no comments - Hotel under slight upgrade so please expect better facilities in future - family style place & owner/staff are helpful - needs better mattresses and amenities - but for the small* town it is in its quite neat clean - good travels

Everything is good.. but I am not satisfied with chicken curry because it's only showing oil in juice.. otherwise very good....

I am visiting and staying from one year.. Kappu is too good and the hotel rooms are also clean and fine.. food is delicious..
