MANGELA PHYSIOTHERAPY AND REHABILITATION CENTRE provides excellent service and effective treatment and safe practices. My elbow joint is broken, I have a Titanium plate and 9 screws 🪛 inside my elbow, after operation I wasn't even able to move my hand and shoulder even after 4 months of operation and because of incorrect guidance. So I started taking my physiotherapy sessions at Mangela PHYSIOTHERAPY and rehabilitation centre and during my first appointment I told Dr. Sagar that I am going to shave my head off just because I am not able to treat it properly but Dr Sagar said just wait for a few days bcoz he was damn sure that I would be able to move my hand and even lift weights after the certain period of time so here I am only after 14 days of physiotherapy I am already able to do everything I wanted to do able to write able to swim and able to walk like a normal person and most importantly able to clean and treat my hair properly😁 my hand is almost working as before just because of Dr Sagar's hard work dedication knowledge and experience and most importantly proper guidance I am able to move my hand confidently like a normal person. He also applies a kinesiology tape (K - TAPE) at proper points once in a week and they are also very effective and very helpful. Dr. Sagar told me on the very first day that we will take small steps day by day and you will see a lot of progress. Believe it or not Dr. Sagar has some magical powers in his mind set and in his work. Thanks Sagar sir for everything you have done for me.

Dr. Sagar Mangela is a superb physiotherapist who has made a significant improvement in my shoulder mobility problem. For approximately 1 months or more, before we started treatment, I had pains in my right leg and my lower back. I had pain while sitting down, when changing positions and when standing. When sleeping I woke up several times a night due to muscle spasms.

I took opinion from almost 4 Dr . Everybody' have same opinion about me is only operation.
As per Dr Sagar mangela no need to do operation.
& He did his best.I recovered almost 90%.

I discontinued wth his treatment
& Talking about excersize one of the best part
He gave training personally & explain all small detail which help u alot in future also.

My Psychiatrist Consultant Dr, Kirti Tandel suggested me to take my mother she is 67 years old suffering from sciatic nerve pain to Dr. Sagar Mangela. I must mention that Dr. Sagar Mangela is one of the excellent physiotherapist in Virar. He is very friendly as well as professional right from the first day of visit my mother started feeling better after the therapy. All the therapy is customized as per the patience core treatment, special mention of his staff Motiram Mangela who is also very friendly and very co-operative. The facility is very good, it is equipped with all the necessary equipment required for the physiotherapy. After visiting him i realized that the pain can be cured by physiotherapy no need to pop up the pills to cure the pain. Overall the facility is very excellent with professional doctor and a friendly staff.

I underwent a surgery for a compound fracture in my left shoulder in August 2018.(Surgical fixation with G T reconstruction proximal humerus with A O philos plate).

I have been undergoing my physiotherapy & rehabilitation for left shoulder compound fracture since last 8 months at Dr. Sagar's clinic.
