Worst service. We purchased more than Rs 2 lakhs furniture. Draws of tables damaged in 3 months . Getting reckless reply from them

The product is nice!! Four days a go we bought a furniture & the lock was damaged we asked them to repair it but they are just delaying

Worst seller, selling damaged products, on asking for refund/ exchange charging double the price along with transportation charges twice... Once for damaged delivery and second for replacement (it's the duty of seller to replace a damaged product) I have never seen such a policy anywhere..... never prefer to buy here. Don't get deceived.. online purchase could have been far far better!!!!!! 😣😕😟... A very very bad experience despite buying products costing more than one lakh the seller is least bothered about customer satisfaction.. incurred an overall loss of 20000/-.. extrapolates prices by 2-3times and reduces a meagre..
