Searching for 0 rating to give him, but couldn't find it.
Very unprofessional behaviour, no scope given to the patients to speak about their problem.
I visited him, he gave me medicines by taking one dose a reaction in my body takes place, immediately I ran off to him to show the post effect of my body.
Rather than diagnosing me or listening my problem he started loosing his temper and defending himself that by his medicines this cannot happen.
When I concluded that whatever the medicine you have given to me, it shows in the Google that the medicine is having following side effects.
Then he got terrified and hence I am left like this

My experience with Dr. Gupta was incredibly frustrating and disheartening. Upon arriving at his clinic, I waited for an extended three hours outside his cabin, which prompted me to express my concern about the delay in checking my reports. Dr. Gupta's response was not only unprofessional but also infuriating. He retorted by saying he had been sitting there for five hours himself, neglecting the fact that it was his job and responsibility to manage his time efficiently as a healthcare provider.

To make matters worse, Dr. Gupta initially requested my old x-ray when I showed him the previous prescription. I had to go all the way back home in my fragile state, battling a fever of 101.7, to retrieve it. However, during the report examination, my mother suggested that he review the previous x-ray as well. Dr. Gupta dismissively stated that he didn't need it, as everything was supposedly written in the discharge slip (previous prescription). This left me baffled, as I questioned why he had asked for the old x-ray in the first place, considering the inconvenience we had gone through.

Regrettably, my dissatisfaction doesn't end there. The hospital's services were subpar, with revolting washrooms, rude and unprofessional staff, and an overall lack of cleanliness. It's disheartening to feel that Dr. Gupta's primary focus is financial gain, rather than genuine patient care.

In conclusion, my encounter with Dr. Gupta and the hospital's services left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. I strongly caution others against seeking medical attention from this establishment, as my experience was marked by unprofessionalism, indifference, and a disregard for the well-being of patients.

There's no option of giving zero @ Google ...Worst doctor ever came across, writing worst meds with no company name , written over there , didn't know how to deal with the patient,all he care about his fees and commission from labs

One of the disgusting doctor and staff I have ever seen in my life,

I have paid a good amount for treatment but neither doctor was present to listen what I am facing nor any staff member knows how to treat,

The worst thing is they are charging more then expected and giving 0 service,

I have never seen doctor like him in my life.. He didn't listen to patient. Horrible experience. Stay away and dont go at the place.

I went there with my grandmother, I get herself tested for full health checkup plan. Doctor wasn't able to check the reports. When I told him that there are ups and downs in the report he shouted on me without any reason.

Worst experience ever

Staff even don’t know how to talk with patient ! If they don’t know how to Accompany patient, what kind of treatment they will provide! such a disappointment and appropriate way.

I had very horrible experience here and in my life I never seen a impatient, immature and irritating doctor, Dinesh Gupta, who doesn't listen to his patient and cut you in between while you're telling your problems or concerns and get very much irritated when you ask something again. I highly recommend NOT to visit this place.
