Very friendly /helping staff as far as services concerned specially for senior citizens. best bank in Guna (M.P.) for residents . No issues till date. Thanks to front desk guys !!
however bank location should be changed since on AB road traffic is too high and parking space not enough. highly prone place for accident (Management please take this as priority)

Worst service for customers and lot of unnecessary formalities or time wasting process. The managers and executive will delay even to open a saving account for which they will take more than 10 days and just leave giving thought for the current account for which they might take a whole life or even an eternity. Will never recommend this bank for anyone to go for. SBI ki choti behen HDFC

Worst customer service ever seen in a bank.

Very poor service from Guna branch.Opened a new account which is giving headache from the starting itself.No reply from the branch.After continuing calling them they stopped picking up the call. They assured that my issue will be resolved in 2 days but now it's been 3 months.My account is blocked and I can't use my own money.And there is no method of contacting them.

Very unfriendly location. Not easy to climb on this bank very unfriendly location for old people and people with disabilities. Must switch to some where else.

Customer redressal grievances...Not taking serious...

Slow service

Ek dam bakwas service he is bank ki or bevkuf nithalle bitha ke rakhe he. Kamchor ek din ka kaam 10 din me kar pate he. Kabhi apke pas fokat ka time ho to hi jana yar isme. Time waste, energy waste or petrol waste.
