Looks like this post office is mainly run by a private assistant staff. The service was very bad until recently. But now the service improved significantly. The old staff are not technically competent to operate computers etc so they rely on the young generation as a private operator assisting them doing most of the clerical work for them on the computer. This is as per my understanding. Since my last two interactions with the staff is relatively happy, i am happy with the service now.
