Awesome Experience, feeling very Glad & in fact words are very Less to describe my feeling which I experienced in Shivanth Motors.

I had faced some technical issues in my Xuv700 & I went to the service centre at approx 07:40 PM. But almost all the Staff of the service centre had left no one was there. Then I went to the sales department & in one of the cabins a few gentlemen were sitting there I had told them about my problem. Without any Excuses he attended my problem. He had taken the tool from workshop & fixed the issue instantly.

Mr. Patle Sir is in Top Management of Shivnath Motors, he is very grounded. So humble & True gentleman. Customer Satisfaction is primary for him at that time.

Management staff is courteous and cooperative. The technicians are skilled in performing repair and maintenance. Claims are easily settled. I am grateful and thankful to Saif Khan, Ammar Khan and Mahendra Bagh for assisting me in getting the claims settled and for the resolution of manufacturing defects and workshop related issues.

Recently I got my claim settled amidst lockdown (due to Covid-19 spread). Mr. Mahendra Bagh was very instrumental in getting the claim settled for which I am extremely thankful to him. He single handedly managed the processing of claims. All personnel at the Bhanpuri body-shop were found adhering to safety guidelines. Masks were worn, sanitizers were offered at frequent intervals and social distancing was maintained.
