I think the most WORST ever STAFF are in this PODILI SBI branch. I don't see any professionalism at all. Just for small update they will take more than weeks time. Every time they say will update it today and it's never going to happen. Not sure whether they really work or just do time pass in the office. God only should save those whoever has account with this branch. If anyone wants to open new account this SBI, I would strongly recommend you to not to go for this branch until and unless you don't have any other work and willing to roam around this branch and staff for any service in futures.

I WISH THEY SHOULD NOT DO THIS AT LEAST FOR FORMERS.

I have raised a complaint against this branch and staff with SBI. They said, they will provide the resolution in 10 days. In case if I don't get resolution within these 10 days time then I am going to take this up with SBI OMBUDSMAN.

I WISH THIS STAFF CHANGE THEIR BEHAVIOUR SOON AND SERVE CUSTOMERS PROPERLY.
