Good place to buy medicine.
Online order also works well, I use to order from there app.
Always they provide some offer like 10 or 20 % OFF on MRP.

Good service gets medicine lady soft spoken attends call any time, bill clear ,with needed discounts.for some medicine.

Inefficient search and delivery process. Dont bother going to this store unless if you have 15 Mins to spare

This is one worst place to buy the spectacles. I spent 7K to buy the frame and lenses. They took 5 days to deliver the glasses. During the delivery itself the lenses was not properly fitted and I asked them to get it fixed. They took another 5 days to fix it.

This time frame left handle was little loose. they convinced stating this is how it works.

After few days left handle got problem. I again went to them to fix it.

The person who took my glasses kept on a table and forgot about it. Next day when I visited the showroom the glasses were lying on a table. When I created a notice with then he raised the request to repair it.

Now again they are taking more days to fix the problem.

Advice: Never ever buy the stuff from this Medplus. Their service is pathetic and the delivery time god knows when they return it to customer.

Staff forcibly suggesting alternative generic medicine or their own products to customers.

Drug inspector should check the stores at least once in a quarter

Store does not delivered order for days. They never pick up the phone. Pathetic service

Struggling to get invoice for the product which I had purchased weeks ago. Very poor customer service
