The staff not interested in their work and if medicine are not available, they won't show intrest to order. I had worst experience from MedPlus

Do cross check the amount they enter in POS MACHINE when using cards for purchase. They have entered higher amount and processed the transaction, when asked they said by mistake. med plus support has no response when raised the issue.

The store in Shilpa Hills, Kothaguda has some malpractices. Though Doctor suggested 6 tablets of Nucoxia MR but the store forces to buy the entire sheet, it’s not about money but is it fair to force patients to buy more than what’s prescribed, pathetic and serious malpractices in place, don’t care attitude...
