We purchased a Kia Sonet HTX Diesel Automatic from Crystal Auto Kia Baner. The waiting time for the delivery was more than expected but it was due to the lack of semiconductors as we were told by the Showroom staff. But the staff was very supportive and responsive to answer all the queries we had during the wait time.
Mr. Abhijeet Jatti did arrange for a test ride for us during the lockdown time which was highly appreciated. Mr.Abhijeet, Mr. Mangesh , Mr Atish , Mr. Sahil were always available for us over the phone to answer all the queries we had about the car, its features , the expected delivery time & car finance related process.
Mr. Kartik Prasad helped us in selecting the accessories and also helped us to understand all of them in detail.

Although I cancelled my sonet booking and bought venue for some reasons (not related to the product or dealer) , the sales experience, test drives, booking cancellation refunds etc. were hasle free, required no follow ups. I wish my next car will be from Crystal Kia. Totally recommended.

Very welcoming staff, big showroom, separate glads covered room just for delivery, 4-5 Sonets available for test drive, different colors can be checked then and there.
A mat grey colored Seltos put in front once you enter the showroom looks very impressive, has front camera don't know for what purpose.
Took KIA Sonet manual test drive, I felt why people go for low quality Brezza when we have an option like Sonet, it offers numerous features over Brezza, double the boot size, great looks and above all cheaper compared to Brezza. 1.2 petrol engine doesn't disappoint even with 5 adults seating. KT+ model costs around 10 and half lakhs, top model in manual powertrain.
