Definitely wouldn't recommend this car rental to anybody. Initially when we spoke to them, they said there's no need for a deposit. But when the car was delivered to us ,they asked for it and when asked why, they said it's because we're a group of girls.Sexist Much?
They also failed to deliver the car that we initially booked. Even after calling them a week prior, making partial payment on the same day to confirm the booking and reminding them a day prior to the trip. On the day of delivery, they said the car wasn't available.
Our initial hours at pondi was a mess because of this car rental service.

For a perfect trip in Pondicherry, a mode of transportation is inevitable but this car rental agency had the worst customer service, the worst pricing and was of the constant habit of lying to their to customers to up their profit being very clear that they did not respect their customers. This car agency proved to be the perfect embodiment of a patriarchal, misogynistic and a greedy enterprise that cannot be trusted with your hard-earned money.

The worst car rental agency in Pondicherry. Received a car which was in poor condition. The car kept breaking down. Wouldn't recommend this agency to anyone. I would advise all to choose some other rental agency if you wish to have a good time in Pondicherry. Wasted a lot of money for poor services.

Forget Car Rental, these are just some of the the worst kind of people I've ever met. Wish there was an option to give a negative rating over here. They're not only liars, but they're also thieves. Do yourself a favor and leave a bad rating even if you've never used their service because they're literally the worst, and you'll be doing the universe a favor. And oh, their cars smell like they've just been used to transfer corpses that have passed the rigor mortis stage. You're welcome for saving you from this hell.

Had a very bad experience with these people on my trip to pondy with friends, service was bad and they were very disrespectful to us. They promised to give us a BALENO car and after double re-confirmation on the date of arrival they tell us there’s no car available. They then gave us a car that had damaged alloys and a faulty accelerator. we wasted our precious time on holiday dealing with them.

Very disrespectful staff who made very sexist comments to us. He didn’t initially give the car we booked for inspite of making an advance payment. Our first few hours in Pondicherry were horrendous due to the involvement of Jyothi Rentals. Would never recommend it to anyone to wishes to have a pleasant stay in Pondicherry without any drama.
