The place has gone down on service from its former glory days. The state of the rooms lets it down and brings the experience of the stay down to zero. The only saving grace was the breakfast.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them.Breakfast/lunch/dinner was enjoyable and had a good selection with attentive staff. Received good recommendations for food. Room was clean with the essentials.The property is located in the heart of Ludhiana city, also known as Manchester of the East. The location of the property makes it very convenient to commute within the entire city without spending long hours for travel as most of the businesses are located within a 10km radius of the city. The rooms are very well kept. The entire staff is very cordial and hospitable. The food in the dinner buffet as well as the breakfast buffet is really tasty and has a wide variety of options to choose from.If something can be improved that would be wifi connection as well charging sockets. Overall i had a very comfortable and satisfying stay at the property
