Tourist Lodge, Thenzawl

Excellent value for money. Online reservations are available. Expect a modest location to stay rather than lavishness. The hotel staff speaks English, which is useful for travelers. Breakfast and dinner must be pre-ordered. Located directly on the roadway connecting Aizawl, Thenzawl, and Lunglei. The food is excellent. There is an option for online payment. The aesthetics and surroundings are flawless. It is a must-stop if you are visiting Vantawang waterfalls. Lovely views and a cozy location to stay.

Good Location with spacious parking(bit far from market area), clean room/bathroom but requires renovation in some areas, efficient staff, easy check-in/out, overall it was good.

Located exactly on the highway from Aizawl to Thenzawl to Lunglei. Rooms need more maintenance. Service in the restaurant was the best you will get in entire Mizoram. But food is too costly here. Aesthetics and surroundings just perfect. If you are visiting Vantawang waterfalls, its a must stop joint.

The tourist lodge is situated at a very calm and peaceful valley. The food is delicious and very good. The place is very well maintained, neat and clean. Staffs are friendly, helpful and very much co operating. Accommodations are also provided in cottages.

All the staff are well versed with English so no problem in communication.
The lodge is fairly 10km away from the highest waterfall in the state.

Expect a rustic hotel in the heart of a rain forest, you will not be disappointed. Expect a 5star experience in the middle of nowhere, your disappointment will be legendary.

Breakfast is the best meal here.Ambience is nice and the staff are always polite and friendly.There is good parking space available.The cottages are worth the price too.✌

Bathroom: clean, Room: fresh, food: variety, price: cheap as fxxx... customer care are not the best but they are good if you know how to deal with them....
