It’s been few weeks I had joined the gym and the experience Is incredible. The infrastructure is amazing. Likewise other golds gym trainers who just focused on personal training The trainers here are very communicative and supportive, guiding in every way and also looks up for comfortability.
The floor is comparatively small but well organised, other facilities like steam and shower section are absolutely clean and well functioning.
The dance, yoga and Zumba classes are just cherry on cake.
They also have in-house dietary food section which provide all essentials.

Gym is beyond the stars, Super friendly staff specifically Owner/Director Manoj Dhawadepatil Sir and Club Manager - Nikhil Kandhare Sir.

Probably the best Dietary Store named as PRODietary.

I have been a part of the gold's family since 2017 and haven't gone back to any other gym franchise after that. The membership rates are very reasonable not ranging more than Rs. 10-15k per year making it only 1-1.2k per month. For the top quality machinery, trainers and ambience it is absolutely worth it.

Gold's gym is simply the largest chain of gyms so you can easily find them in every city around the globe! One of the main reasons to stick to gold's is the facility of the travel passport where you can any gold's gym in India and the world for free for 14 days! Potentially this means you can travel any city/ country and not miss any workouts! I have been availing the baner gym on my travel passport and it has been great.

Gold Gym Baner is an excellent gym with wide range of equipments and very experience gym instructors. I would like to give a big shout for Rushikesh Sagar ..he is absolutely well trained and knowledgeble training instructor and manages the session very professionally..I have joined this gym in last october and enjoying my everyday trainining ... joint this gym after i had my back injury in L4 & L5 and now under Hrishikesh observation and guidance i am doing great,gain lot of muscular strengths and felling more confident....

The gym and gym equipments are amazing. The best part about gym area is that they have small canteen name ProDietry which give u customized meal as per your taste and reference. The staff of gym and canteen is so kind and helpful. Best gym in town across Baner area.

Gym faculty is very attentive and supportive. Hrushi sir is excellent in Personal training. Very focused towards training.

One of the best Gym in Baner, they have all type of equipments. And the best part is the trainers are very knowledgeable and supportive. And apart from Gymming they have weekly twice session - Spinning, Yoga, Zumba abs etc.

This is a fully equipped gym and very nicely maintained their all the equipment. The speciality of this gold gym is the prodietry canteen who serves one of the great diet food and make sure that client is fully satisfied before they leave. And the staff is also very polite and very courteseous
