Dhai Seedhi Ki Masjid

Dhai sedhi Masjid is also known as india's one of the smallest mosques.

This mosque is more than 300 years old.

On my visit to Bhopal I was keen to visit this mosque but when I found the main gate of the mosque was closed.

I was sad for a while but suddenly something chuckled in my mind I went upstairs and knocked on the door after a few minutes Iman sahab came and asked what happened.

I salam him and said I can from very far to visit this mosque please open the door and Alhmdulillah he opens the door and gets the opportunity.

If you ever visit and find the door is closed just knock the door for a while.

The Dhai Seedi Ki Masjid, or "the mosque of the two and a half steps," is a small mosque in Bhopal, India.The mosque is known for its simple architecture, which includes only two and a half stairs leading to the worship space. It's believed to be Bhopal's first mosque and one of the oldest in the city.

The first guard at Fatehgarh Fort used to pay Namaz. The history of this mosque is also three hundred years old. It is said that when Noor Mohammad Khan and his brother-in-law Dost Mohammad Khan arrived in India from Terah, Afghanistan, the reign of Queen Kamlavati took place in Bhopal. Kamlavati husband was poisoned by his nephews. The queen was very upset about this and wanted revenge. Announced a reward of a reward for the person who takes revenge. The friend Mohammed Khan completed this work. As a result, the Queen gave fifty thousand rupees to the cash and the remaining fifty thousand for the then Fatehgarh, the annual Lagaan was ten thousand rupees, she gave it to her friend Muhammad Khan. In later times, the friend Mohammad Khan built the fort of Fatehgarh in this place. The cornerstone of this fort was laid by Qazim Mohammed Moazzam Sahab. Mosque in the western direction of the fort was delivered to the tower. In the year 1716, the 'two-storey mosque' became the first mosque in Bhopal.

The Dhai Seedhi Ki Masjid, literally meaning "The mosque of the two and a half step" is a small mosque atop the remains of a guard-tower (bastion) of the Fatehgarh Fort, Bhopal. This mosque was built by Nawab Dost Mohammad Khan in 1716.

'Dhai Seedhi Ki Masjid' has the credit of being the first mosque of Bhopal. Apart from this, it is also the smallest mosque in Asia. The naming of the mosque has a story of its own. At the time of its construction, everything has been made two and a half. The stairs are two and a half, the number of rooms in the place where this mosque is situated is also two and a half. Apart from this, the number of stairs in the way from which one used to come here earlier, is only two and a half.

The history of this mosque is three hundred years old. The watchmen used to offer prayers in this mosque built on a dome made for vigilance on the ramparts of Fatah Gad fort, located on the banks of Bade Talab in the old city. In the Fatehgarh fort, earlier the soldiers guarding used to offer Namaz.

The two and a half step mosque is in the upper part of the bastion of the fort of Fatehgarh near Gandhi Medical College, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. This mosque was built by friend Mohammad Khan. Built in plain and simple architecture, this mosque has only two and a half steps to reach the place of worship, hence it is called 'two and a half step mosque'. This mosque is believed to be the first mosque in Bhopal.

It is situated in front of my house. My childhood was past here we played cricket here and after taking a rest here. It is world smallest majsid 👏
