I dealt with Mr. Shon C. and Miss. Shilpa at NRI counter few times in 2021 and 2022 while I was visiting Keralam and staying ln Olavakkode. Those individuals were very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and understanding. I also delt with few other staff at same bank and my experiences were very satisfying.

I had visited the branch to update the KYC for my PPF account and the service was exemplary. I was also recommend to open a savings account which I had tried earlier and gave up because of the red tape. I filled the form and the account was opened instantly without any hassle. The service was top notch and far better than my earlier experiences. I highly recommend this branch and thank all the executives at the account opening desk.
