One of the best pump in Trivandrum. Service and staff are great. Also the place has decent space so that it doesn't get crowded easily. Also they have an SBI ATM inside the pump. You can get your oil service also from here.

One among the fuel stations that takes everything seriously for customer satisfaction. They even hand over soft drinks to customers during noon time. When there's a contest or something, they will take allot separate employee, so that they could inform the customer about the contest and even help them participate in the contest. Most other fuel stations don't even bother to do this. Highly satisfied with the customer support.

Exemplary behaviour from the staff.So many outlets for both petrol and diesel,which prevents the customers from queuing up and making unnecessary arguments.Presence of SBI ATM in the premises saves time for the patrons. Free vaccum cleaning services along with water wash and oil change at no cost makes this petrol pump unique. After all I like the modest behaviour of the owners, who support their staffs and serve the customers with 💜.

Very good petrol station. Less waiting time because of enthusiastic attenders. They will greet and direct to you near the less crowded machine for faster fuel filling.One suggestion is, Please do the tie up with Citibank and get the Citibank swiping machine. IOC already has very good pertnership with CITI bank. CITI gives an IOC credit card as well. The IOC pump near QRS karamana has it. You also please do the same. You are amazing. Please keep up this hospitality. Your are the best in the NH 47 highway from Trivandrum city till parasala.
