The location of the hotel is very good and the rooms were nice. No lift, but the staff from the hotel helped us with it. No mirror in the room, only in toilet. Wifi is very scarce and it comes and goes.

Owsum experience..... Staff was very good & helpful.... Room was specious.... With all kind of basic facility. One of the good thing there which we feel, that view of the Hills and rope gondola was heart touching. Overall it was unforgettable stay in DEVDAR COTTAGE. 🤟👍

The rooms were neat and cozy. This hotel is situated close to the Srinagar highway and easily approachable even when the roads are closed due to heavy snowfall. The staffs were very helpful. Food was awesome.

Not so great in facility, had to ask for basic things again and again especially soap. Because of the carpet room was smelling quite a bit and service was ok types.
