Contacted Miss Kiran of Shirgul travels for the entire itinerary for our Himachal tour. She was very kind and co-operative from the first contact to the last day. Dikhsa was very helpful in planning our itinerary and arranging our accommodation, which was comfortable and clean. Cab driver was a friendly and professional driver, who made sure we had a smooth and safe journey. He also shared his knowledge of the local culture and attractions with us. I am from Gujarat. I would like to share my experience. I planned a trip for my parents with shrigul travels. they were 2 couple. There age are near to 60. Initially I was little bit confused about there comfort because of there age but bharti ma'am give me assurance that they took care of them and they prove it. My parents and my uncle aunty realy enjoy a lot.

Hotels :
Hotels facilities are too good and relaxing. The facilities are same as they share pics. Food provided in hotels are good and hotel staf response also very genuine and supportive. Food qualitys in each hotels are very good and testy. They also make a dinner or lunch as per our demand even the demanded dish is not in there manue.

Cab
They got Anil Sharma as a cab driver. He is very helpful and polite in nature. His Driving skill is very good. Due to Anil bhai they don't need a guide beacuse Anil bhai give knowledge about each places. he is very intelligent.

Payment:
One thing I like the most about shrigul is we don't need to pay whole amount at one time. They give us best option that we first show there facilities and pay in installment. Initially we just pay 1 part of the package.

Experience:
I am very happy as my parents really enjoy a lot. Surprisingly they got snow fall also. It was amazing experience. it was memorable trip for my parents.
In future if I planned next trip for HP i will surely go through shriguls and also recommend to my friends.

We went to manali trip with shirgul travels.

Their service is simply superb.

Driver is very good and polite. Hotel staff also very nice.

Way of receiving from them is very nice. Hotel people always be in touch on phone. They called me often before check asking that when will you arrive and all!. Planning is also perfect. Driver yadavji is also very cool guy.

We felt very safe while travelling and at hotels also. Package cost is very reasonable. Mamata the person who is our Point of contact from shirgul travels is very good at communicating. She is available over call all the time. Payment also we are very comfortable as we paid in installments.

Trip To: Shimla Manali Dharamshala Mcleodganj and Amritsar

We visited there last November of 2021
We are so happy with kiran mem who helped us to plan the tour and guided us well in advance about all the details . Even the driver and the hotel team were so helpful that we found the stay so homely. The driver sunny paaji was well experienced that even the ghat road was also a smooth drive. Altogether, his guidance helped us to enjoy the trip with 2 year kid. We are completely satisfied with their concern.

1st of all a very big thanks to @Team Shirgul for making our trip memorable. Their choice of hotel/ accommodation was marvelous. They have always given beautiful hotel/ accommodation between nature. From manali to delhi our drive was sanjay ji for next journey he is genuine person he has been 28 year experience in driving he is good person and if who is make plan about himachal trip so i will suggest you that you can make a plan with shrigul travels because their services really amazing.

I planned our trip with Ms kashish. She was very polite throughout and helped us to plan our tour. We were 36 in total. Hotel rooms provided was also good. The driver's were well experienced. I am so happy that we planned our trip with shirgul travels.

Considering:

We are from Bangalore. Before booking from Shirgul Travels, we checked all the conventional travel partners even we had decided to book for our own, even though the quotation we got from Shirgul Travels was low from others. Then we thought whether they are genuine or not. For the same we checked their fb pages and all the reviews, even checked the person whom I am talking to, whether the person is genuine or not. Once I am convinced they are genuine I booked the plan.

Planning:

As we want to do little bit of trekking hence we asked the planning guide i.e. Kiran what to do. As this is the first time trekking for us she suggested to go to Tosh. We did the same. The experience was quite good. She planned the entire journey for us. Our plan includes cab from Chandigarh to drop till Chandigarh, hotels ( 1 day Kasol, 1 day Tosh, 2 day Manali) including breakfast and dinner.

Hotels:

In Kasol and Tosh we booked 3 star and 2 star hotel. The food is very good in Kasol hotel(hotel Vansh). In Tosh we got 2 star hotel(Tosh recidency), because you can't get 4 or 5 star hotel in the village of Tosh.
In Manali we got Apple Bud cottage i.e. a 4 star hotel. The hotel is quite good and the food was really good. The behaviour of the staff is very good.

Cab:

We got Deep Thakur as our Cab Driver. He took us to the places to eat through our journey where we got the best food to eat. He is very polite and every time he used to say hanji sir, bilkul sir.

Our Trip Guide (Kiran Sharma):

All this would not have been done if Kiran was not there. I troubled her a lot during the planning of the trip, but during the trip I barely talked her because all the things were planned and was going smoothly, even though she used to drop whatsapp messages everyday whether all the things going per plan or not.

Payment:

We have done payment through Google Pay. The same number you can get from Shirgul Travels official website.

Snowfall:

Surprisingly we got snow fall.🤪🤪🤪

Overall it was a very different experience. Thanks Shirgul Travels for the experience.

The whole experience from polite and efficient
reception staff to friendly and knowledgeable waiters and waitresses made our four day break a very happy and memorable occasion.
Well placed for walks and local amenities not even rather dull weather could spoil our enjoyment.

The agency has a great commitment and customer service. The agency always contacts with us regarding all facilities. The agency organise hotels for us for 8 nights and the service is great. The agency also organised a taxi with the driver Rahul for 9 days. We visited Delhi, Agra, Manali and lots of places. The car was very clean and driver is amazing. His behaviour and hospitality was outstanding. The total package is cost effective and recommended.
