Wonderful experience for our 16 people (10 Senior Citizen) trip to Kashmir. Veena was too good all through out the trip planning. Her each recommendation was really very nice. First hotel in Srinagar was excellent. The staff was nice with very kind attitude. We enjoyed staying at Hotel City Grace, Srinagar. Later in some other places we found minimal issues in hotels. And we should complete this writing without mentioning one name and he is Mustaq, our Guide, Driver, Friend all in one. When we were visiting Kashmir he was celebrating Roja and due to this reason he was not able to drink a drop water fulday, despite of this he never tell me "No" to take us to anywhere we requested. I really request every body to listen to his suggestions because only he gives you the best suggestion in Kashmir. I will certainly connect Himalayan Holidayers for our next trip if they arrange.

I have good experience with this travel agency .. specially thanks to SHIMRAN ,she has replied my every calls and clear my doubts while my Tour is going on. Best part of travel was i got good Driver (Naresh )and Vehicle which is very important part of travel in Hilly areas risky roads.

I could have given 0 rating,if it is available ... Waste of money taking services from here . . .This company is just to loot the money from clients...

They give better room category in quotation . . . They provide cheaper hotels ...
If we ask anything ,they are replying with u to book your hotel yourself ...

they will do very nicely before paying the advance and after paying the money they just don't care about the clients ...

Disgusting and rude staff. They were very good when they wanted money; however, when we arrived at Shimla, the driver refused to take us to the hospital when my sister was unwell. Later we wanted to buy water bottles from outside as the water bottles in the hotels costed 50 bucks for one bottle.. that too the driver denied and asked us to walk till the shop..

After all this they wanted us to pay the driver the balance amount the next day.

Very bad service for honneymoon couple package please do not book they take advance saying some good hotels and at the time they will book in third class room they will promise you on phone for room and honneymoon inclusion but nother provide nor they refund .

I will suggest to book same room and hotel online it's much cheaper and had everything on our hand

Very rude driver and always trying to mislead passengers in order to save fuel. Very bad itinerary was provided.

Do not recommend them. Pathetic service on day Zero itself.
