It was a very pleasant experience travelling with Himalayan Musafir.. we went for 6 day trip to Shimla and Manali in October. Lakshmi Gautam planned our trip well with optimum duration. The services by hotel and food was good and regional also. Overall it was a very nice trip..

Very very nice management & superb co opretiv staff and so reasonable. The Himalayan Musafir is given cheapest of my package Jammu to Kashmir and Kashmir to Jammu Then other companies enjoy our Couple journey without any disturbance and Dispute full funny enjoyment, My deal with company is cheapest then other companies. This company given total value of my money.

Recently we have explored himachal through the local travel agent company Himalayan Musafir. And we are happy with their services. Himalayan Musafir is a reliable company. They offered a realistic and value for money type travel package. I must say prices are reasonable. Quality of hotels can be improved a bit. If someone wants a luxury or real 3 or 4 star hotel, they need to be informed accordingly. I hope they will search and select the hotels in that way. Food quality in many hotels was not up to the mark. Veg will be always default selection. Overall experience with Himalayan Musafir is really good. Good people, employees are supportive, responses are very fast. Sales team is very cooperative. Mrs. Divya Thakur is a nice lady. She helped me lot for finalizing everything in a quick span of time. Mrs. Neeraj is a nice lady too. She helped me a lot on ticket bookings. I appreciate their services 24×7. Special thanks to the cab driver Mr. Bittu. We really liked him and the way he guided us in all places. He is an experienced driver. He drove in the hills very smoothly.

I booked a package of Madurai Rameshwaram and Kanyakumari. Himalyan musafir has the most affordable package. The most outstanding work was done by Armaan. I contacted him for getting the package details but he made sure that I do take the deal from him only as they are the best in the industry. He proactively did everything. He is a responsible man who answered all calls be it anytime of the day. No hassle for money but they made sure the whole trip was comfortable. Though there is some room of improvement as well but it can be neglected when the ownership taken by the people is so good. All in all best deal, comfortable trip, and good memories. Have rated it 5. Surely trustworthy set of people. Rare to find.

Me and my wife stayed in Highland Park, Manali and Kamna hills, Shimla.
I must say both the hotels are situated in very beautiful places. also their staff, management, waiters are very cooperative.
Food was very tasty in both the hotels. They arranged buffet for breakfast and dinner which was very tasty and hygienic.
Also last but not in the list driver was also good. he was aware of all the route and traffic road to save our time.

I, recently went on trip to Shimla, Kullu, Manali and Manikaran with my family in the first week of November 2021. The entire trip was beautifully managed by Ms. Lakshmi Gautam of Himalayan Musafir. The 6Nights 7 Days trip was a memorable experience for all of us and the picturesque Dev Bhumi will remain etched in our memories for many years. The driver Mr. Bittu was really professional and an experienced one. He was with us for the entire trip and our stays at Seven Hills Shimla and Japika Inn Manali was really comfortable and the services provided to us there made us feel at home.

The package provided was a budget one and was tailored as per our convenience. Ms. Lakshmi Gautam was really responsive and always paid heed to all of our queries and tried to address them to the best of her ability.

We thank her for organising such a relaxing trip for all of us. We wish her all the best in all her future endeavours.
