I am traveling from Hyderabad to kadiri. The time to reach destination is 6am...now its 7am still I am 70km away from kadiri..it takes more 60min..literally unbelievable..they don't even care about our time and stopping the bus wherever someone raises hand like pallevelugu buses.. the main thing is punctuality yaar..without it if you apply n no of sugar quotes also there is no use. I trusted you that you will drop me at 6am but didn't happened. If someone with urgency boards your bus What's the situation? Guys if anyone consider punctuality or time can select this bus. But for me this is the first and laaaaassst time.

Worst and fake bus service iam faceing lot of struggle with my family, fake contact fake phone numbers, fake service don't book any one from vinukonda to kurnool service.

No punctuality. Didn't inform me about the bus or driver. It was a horrible experience
