Worst response from bank staff..they r chatter with each other
And one more thing one person is there his name ANKI REDDY.. relationship manager i think.he don't know how respect customer and do work..didn't know work in that position..
Small reason behind this matter
I submitted the mbl number updation though off-line one of representative submitted the documents to anki reddy

Mind ur language Ramayanam neeku antha easy aindha..

Even SBI Bank also responding good in manner
They have 10times larger than ur customers

In this whole world i did not see this type of worst branch staff HDFC.. People
don't go this branch in KADAPA DC branch .. In this branch all are playing with customers. @ branch Manager plz take care the stuff

I had worst experience in this branch.. Cashier Masthan customer service is really bad.. Not able to give reliable information to the customers and his rendering service is quite disgusting..
