Very bad customer services.

Death claim application submitted on 16.02.2023 but application hasn't been processed yet inspite of completing all formalities on 16.02.2023.

The employee who took the application is on long leave and the other employees have no idea about the application. Isn't it ridiculous and irresponsible???

Today I visited the branch and surprised to know that Application is pending at manager. And manager is not available at branch today. Where hell has he gone when 25 days old file is pending???

Tha manager came to brach in the afternoon.
When I asked him why the application not been processed? He replied like the employee is on maternity leave that why not processed yet.

When I questioned about why other employees couldn't do it on her absence he arrogantly and irresponsibility replied like who are u to ask this question u are not the applicant. And is there any proof that application submitted to the branch.

How can the women who lost her husband in pandamic visit the branch again and again to know the status???

Is my sister's money safe?? ??

If BoB do not provide us written explanation on this we will move to court against kadapa branch for dealing in this way.

My brother in law earned the money with hardwork later he died due to corona virus🦠.

This is not a simple thing.

I am helping mt sister who has no kids and husband died.

* On 16.02.2023 I took leave to help my sister in this process who lost her husband in pandemic.

* Again today 10.03.2023 i took leave and visited your branch.

How irresponsible Bank of Baroda is!!!

I will expose this to whole world.  Because this was very very very bad from BoB.
