Misbehaving staff with such slow at work it's only for their family members

Central bank of india, Branch D. B. Road, Saharsa was opened about more than 40 years ago. It had very well behaved and skilled branch manager and its staffs. But, yesterday 13. 12. 2021, I was visited regarding the account of IJSCRD Foundation and found some staffs are very misbehaviourable and corrupt. When, I request to the branch manager to take action against that staff, he also favoured the corrupt and misbihaviourable person.
Do you want to know about that who was the staff?
The staff who was the taking responsibility of updating KYC on the day of Monday and the date was 13 December, 2021. I shall upload some photos, audio and video later. . ..

I think this is the worst branch which I ever experienced.very bad service i requested rbi please close this branch this is totally failure to serve the banking facilities.
