B.B.Benguluru Bakery & Sweets

I have placed an order for a cake one day prior so that i can get a fresh cake and payed the advance as well, and the next day when I asked for the cake the shopkeeper said he was not informed about the cake and gave us some random cake and said as he was not aware of this order so he is not at fault.
As it was my brother birthday I didn't wanted to make a scene , we left and when we tasted the cake it had a really bad odour and the cake was spoiled from inside.
This how this bakery has destroyed our surprise birthday party with the pathetic cake.
Myself and my family members are going to stop ordering cake from this specific place and a humble request to others to check the cake correctly before taking it.

Worst cake...i ordered butterscotch icecake for my brothers birthday one day before.he didnt get order from his superior.then asked me to take any other.when i asked ..what is this?he started shouting...and argumenting with me...the cake which he said was FRESH..got started smelling bad from midnight itself..."really bad staff..bad experience..last time me going to that bakery".
