My mum and dad just got MG hector and the service they were provided with was really great.
The assistance and hospitality was amazing everytime thay visited. They were really accommodating to all their specific questions and needs.

5 Star service. Although the car delivery was delayed from MG due to supply chain issues, the dealer was perfect. They kept me updated about the status from their end. The executive Mr. Devendra was perfect. Right from test drive of the car to delivery of the car. No accessories were forced and it was upto us to get whatever we want for the car. Insurance was also not forced. Perfect experience. There are many dealers that force people to buy accessories and insurance from them, but this is not one of them. Would try to buy the next car from their network only!

Only thing was no free accessory was provided with the car like key chain or tissue box or car perfume but I would rather have my own insurance and accessory than that so that is fine.

It was a wonderful experience with Ring Road No.1, Raipura, Raipur, Chhattisgarh Dealer showroom. Initially, they arranged a test drive, later explained everything in detail. I had a nice experience with the sales manager and other staff. The car delivery process was also fast.
