Gym owners are very helpful ,very safe for girls Once I remember some boys tried to tease me outside the gym, and I complained to Himanshu, he immediately took action without delay. He is an excellent person. That's why I absolutely love this gym. Very professional and hard working

It would be wrong to call it just a gym.This is indeed a fitness hub where one undergoes transformation.You'll get the results you desire.
After visiting many other gyms, when I came to this place I saw the photos of the people who lost weight, turned muscular and transformed completely.
That was the only thing which made this place stand out which I could not find anywhere.
They GUARANTEE weight loss/gain which I highly doubt any other place does.
It's been three months I've joined and have achieved my ideal weight.

We are attached in 2018 to fitness frek gym.its provide better service and trainers from other gym's which located at this palace so i suggest fitness frek gym are too good for my self and others ...👍👍

Good gym. Wish the timmings would have been a little longer. Only problem is , Closes too early in my opinion.
