I was really amazed at the packages offered by this company; they are the lowest in cost as compared to the packages of the other counterparts which I consulted. The plus point is that the customer service is highly efficient, intelligent, polite and extremely patient.

Just one minor issue: The drivers need to be trained to be more professional. I had booked two cabs out of which one driver was really unprofessional as he kept talking on his phone the whole way and kept stalling.
Other than that, the service was totally fabulous. Got their number on my speed dial now.

I am from Mumbai & I think the HireMe service in Mumbai is really great. Timely, Supportive, Efficient & extremely reliable! We had booked a cab for our first 1 day round trip with them from Mumbai-Rajmachi. But due to an unanticipated problem, we got stuck in Rajmachi for 17hrs. There was a bus ahead of us which got stuck in the mud because of which all the cars behind the bus couldn't move ahead. Our chauffeur Mr. Ranjeet was really helpful & supportive and got us out from that situation safely. Also, he explained the entire scenario to his manager and requested him to not charge us a penny extra as it was none of ours fault. Heads off to Mr. Ranjeet & Cheers to HireMe cars. Looking ahead for more trips with you'll :)

Our College choose HireMeCar for it's school Trip from Meerut to Island, Delhi. It was a New Conditioned Deluxe A.C Bus, Which had good music system with variety of songs. What else we needed. Anyway it was enjoyable trip from Meerut to Delhi. I will remember this trip forever.
