I am writing a thorough experience based on my overall experience.
I am pretty impressed with the trainer's knowledge that most of the verified gym trainers lack. You go to a gym, take supplements and that's it. But Dhruv Trivedi is one of the best trainers I have come across with the ability to train each person personally without taking bulk loads of money.
Personal training is one of the most efficient methods if you are looking for true results.
The equipments and open space makes the place well equipped to workout on your own as well.
However, the best thing I felt was the environment. Unlike most places where trainers or the crowd leers at women making them feel uncomfortable, Dhruv is decent and strength school is a great place if women are looking to workout without stress (because let's be honest, stress is our biggest enemy).
I highly recommend Strength School for anyone looking for results!!
